Founded in 2008 by Matt Lyons, Extremity Medical thrives under the dynamic leadership of the Lyons brothers. Mike Lyons joined the team in 2010, bringing additional expertise and vision. Leveraging their proven success in establishing Blackstone Medical, a leading spine company, the Lyons brothers have fostered a driven and entrepreneurial culture that defines Extremity Medical.

Our Facility
Located in Parsippany, NJ, Extremity Medical’s state-of-the-art facility includes an in-house cadaver lab designed to support innovation and collaboration. This dedicated space allows us to host VIP surgeon visits and conduct rigorous product validation. At Extremity Medical, we believe that education and clinical research are essential to advancing patient care. Our lab serves as a hub for learning, offering surgeons a range of training opportunities, from hands-on cadaver labs to didactic lectures. Additionally, our facility also provides dedicated spaces for sales representative training, ensuring our network is equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to support surgeons.
